This website is operated by Violeta Noy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Violeta Noy. Violeta Noy offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.


All prints and original paintings sold on were made by Violeta Noy unless otherwise stated. The purchase of an illustration, print or original painting does not constitute a transfer of rights. All images are ©Violeta Noy 2017.

Custom Work

If you wish to purchase a print of an illustration by Violeta Noy that is not available at the moment or wish to commission Violeta Noy to create a custom illustration, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with details and we will always try to make it happen.


Most of our items are available for wholesale. Contact us at [email protected] and we will provide more information.


Since this is a very small business, sometimes the stock represented in the website may not be entirely up to date. If an item happens to be sold out before we are able to adjust the shop’s stock, we will get in touch and offer either a replacement or a refund of your purchase.


We aim to ship orders within 1-7 business days of ordering. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, get in touch at [email protected] to get a more accurate prediction. If you need something urgently, please send us an e-mail and we will try to find a faster shipping service.

All orders will be sent as a simple letter, which does not offer the possibility of tracking your package. Violeta Noy is not responsible for problems occurred during shipping, lost shipments or local charges that may occur (customs).

If you wish to add a tracking service, to insure a replacement if a package happens to get lost, send us an e-mail at [email protected] and we will sort it out.


Payment can be processed either through Stripe (which allows you to pay by card) or Paypal.


We are sadly unable to accept returns at this time. If you are unhappy with your purchase or there has been a problem during shipping, please get in touch as soon as possible by sending an e-mail at [email protected].
